Calibration of coupling

1. The calibration of coupling should be made after receiving the pump.

2. Deviation between horizontal directions: can make the adjustment at pump and motor.

3. Deviation between Vertical directions: can choose Washer or spacer to rise the motor or pump head.

4. The gap between pump coupling and motor coupling should be 2~3mm.

5. All bolts should be tightened after finish the calibration.

Usage of mechanical seal

1. The pump cannot run without water, otherwise the seal will be burnout.

2. The double face mechanical seal have double interfaces for flushing system should fit city water to clean the seal before start the pump.

Lubricating oil for bearing box (or gear box)

1. Normally, the No.10# lubricating oil should be add before work , and should inspect it every month ,replace it each 6 months.

2. Some type pumps should add grease, such as HYF semi-submersible pump.

Fault solution

1.Cannot start the pump：

  Check the pump inside, maybe block by foreign solid or release the gland packing seal.

2. Vibration：Don’t make the Calibration of coupling, tighten the screws.  

3. Leakage：Check the mechanical and replace it.
